If anyone has really ever had a fly in his soup, or been on the receiving end of a rude bellhop, David Lipton wants to know about it – he just may ensure that it doesn’t happen again. The Toronto native is in the business of helping corporations improve customer service and through Sensors Quality Management Inc., or SQM, the venture he founded in 1994 with his partner Craig Henry.
